  The drive-thru at this location is AWFUL. Out of probably the 12 times I've used it, they've gotten my order perfect maybe twice. Every other time, they either forget the baguette or something else. I ordered a you-pick-two with a soup and salad before; got home and discovered that they had forgotten the salad - literally half of my order. I gave them yet another chance today, and low and behold, baguette wasn't included even though it was on my receipt, and the contents of my Panini were in one sloppy little pile on the bread. Whenever I physically eat inside there, I have no problems. That doggone drive-thru though....

  Drive thru and take out portions are disrespectful. Best thing to do: dine-in, use self-serve kiosk, and order any salad via the "customize" button. This will allow you to add or remove an impressive amount of options. Ordering only under this method is truly the only way to eat here. I wouldn't recommend this chain in any other fashion.

  I work here so I cannot post an opinion review. I can say that Panera offers a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, breads, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches and soufflés. It has a drive through and a dining room and offers a broad assortment of teas, coffee, soda, smoothies, and sparkling waters. Try it out. Order online to have your to go food ready when you arrive.
